Epicentre of the turmoil causes by

1- A lack of opportunity
2- Shared identify or empowerment
3- Unemployment
4- Public service cuts to take root
This started as a protest after a truly after a truly tragic incident involving a man who was shot dead by police. It now seems to have turned into a free for all looting spree involving what some have described as 'feral kids' mostly young teenagers.
In Tottenham on Saturday people had gathered outside the local police station to demonstrate following the death earlier in the week of Mark Duggan, who was shot by police.
The IPCC had in the aftermath of incident announced that an investigation into death of Duggan would take place. One of the possible triggers a YouTube clip appearing to show a teenage girl being beaten by the police is also believed to have been one of the catalysts for trouble.

Smacking children 'does not work'

According to the news, sometimes parents use smacking as many other kind of hitting and have negative influence on children’s behavior and also negative effect in feelings about their parents.

Research adviced alternative penalty such as going without money, being sent to their bedrooms or do not allow to see their favourite Tv programme might be more effective.
Teory with more than70children aged four to seven showed that children felt smacking reinforced cycles of great force and could help to build up a positive relationship between parent and child.

A new government

The youngest prime minister David Cameron is the leader of conservative who has been  replaced  by a coalition  between the conservative party and Liberal  Democrats on 6 th May. Tony Blair and then Gordon Brown are the last two leader of the labour party which had been in power since 1997.
The conservative have aimed to favour the free market that is transfer from state to private ownership and low taxation while Labour has communicated a commitment to greater social and economic quality .The Lib Dems is closer  to Labour than Conservatives in the political spectrum situation .
After general election the Conservatives won 36% of votes and they had the highest number of seats  so they knew  that they must support of another party to form a government. Then the conservatives and the Lib Dems announced they would form a coalition.
The Lib Dems with a quarter of votes got fewer than 10% of the seats.Britain does not have a system of proportional representation(PR)in which the percentage of seats a party holds in parliament is equal.
A general election consists of 650  separate Local elections most of them are won by Conservative or Labour candidates and the Lib do not believe the electoral system is correct and many British agree.
The Conservatives have agreed to a national referendum on a change to an ‘alternative  vote’ system  for future general elections that could be more proportional than the present system .

Education in the UK and Iran

It is generally acknowledged that the world over countries have many different cultures, religions, languages and also they have many different subjects and methods for training and studying in different stages from primary school to university.
Unfortunately, to get university admission in Iran, those who are interested must pass an entrance exam which is a national examination and very competitive.
Besides, they have to study 4 years for undergraduate education, 2 years for postgraduate (MSc), and 4 years for a PhD degree. Moreover, the typical marking range is 0-20.
                                                   Entrance exam in IRAN
On the other hand, academic study in the UK is a very exciting and amazing experience for international students for many reasons such as learning a new language, socializing with new subjects, and experiencing a new lifestyle which can help them become more responsible in their lives. In addition, the usual length of undergraduate study is 3 years and the postgraduate course is 1 year in the UK. The typical marking is 0-100 which is totally different from my country.
Furthermore, universities in the UK provide high level of standards of education in the world.
